Gandalf - Into the Light (2005)

"Into the Light" es un álbum armonioso con sonidos elevados que recuerdan parcialmente a las obras sinfónicas de Gandalf. Su hijo, Christian Strobl, se puede escuchar en este disco por primera vez. Nuevamente, Gandalf mezcla instrumentos étnicos con teclados y sintetizadores. Esta vez es el grupo 4XANG quien canta en el tema de apertura "Titaptawa". El viejo amigo de Gandalf, Peter Aschenbrenner, toca la flauta y el saxo soprano en esta pieza. Con un estilo personal que se adentra tanto en la Nueva Música Instrumental como en la World Music, Gandalf nos lleva a través de un viaje a tierras lejanas, llenas de emociones y aventuras. Gandalf construye temas melódicos de una gran belleza, y algunos incluso resultan sumamente misteriosos.
